Newport wetlands light house

Taken as the last rays of the setting sun came out from behind the clouds. This is the East Usk lighthouse which is on the eastern side where the River Usk meets the Severn Estuary. Built in 1893 to guide shipping to the harbour in the city of Newport in Wales. The lighthouse is situated in the Newport wetlands and is a bird sanctuary.
